Hey dudes!

XC University Camp has come and gone and what a week it was. From the earlier morning runs up and down the hills in the surrounding forrest to Nick Rogers talk to the most amazing skit show I've ever seen to the battle royale miniature golf tournament this was a week jam packed with excitement and fun.

My New Running Shorts

I'm off to meet up with The Wizard of Oz tomorrow at the 2nd session of Running Works just a few miles down the road from where I've been this week. It should be another eventful week with Cricket and crew. The camp is in a little more rustic setting than the first session so updates might be sparing if at all but we'll still have plenty to share by the end of the week.

Take it easy dudes, and if it's easy - take it twice.
