Hey guys, despite the lack of updates recently, I'm still alive. After a brief respite in the City of Brotherly Love, I'm back on the horse again in Henryville, Pa at Cross Country University Running Camp.

To borrow a term from my good friend, Gwen Stefani, this camp is bananas. 

Should I start with the fact that this camp has putt-putt on site or that 2000 Olympian & all-around cool dude Nick Rogers gave a kick ass speech last night to open up the camp?

I'm working on getting Nick's oratory up as quickly as I can (it's a bear having to use the camp's computer lab - yes, they have a computer lab up here in the woods - but I'll have it up for all of you to enjoy). His story was truly motivating for everyone in the room. Hopefully, the clips I get up will do the same for you.
