Hey dudes, I'm back from the wild & crazy week that was Running Works - Canadensis.

The hype that Cricket and her crew built up at the Blair edition of the camp did not disappoint. Trivia night was wilder. The Jamaican feast Ringo prepared delighted. We even had a silly golf tournament Friday afternoon. 

All this fun has quickly made Running Works something I want to continue for years to come. Cricket, Shak, Cal, Marc, Ellen, Rudy, Marcus and of course the rest of the staff got somethin' good going on!

To make the camp even better I got to double team most of the week with The Wiz. Having Ozzie around for the final camp gave us a chance to catch up on the camps we've been to and give our final camp a big sendoff.

That's right! Camp season is over.

Get ready Midwest, I'm coming for you!
