I've managed to find my way south, again. I'm presently at the Running Works Camp at The Blair Academy in Blairstown, NJ this week. For those who are avid college basketball fans you'll know The Blair Academy as the alma mater of these guys:

Part of the allure of the Running Works camps is co-director Marcus O'Sullivan. If that name sounds familiar that's because he's a 3-time World indoor Champion at 1500 meters, former indoor record holder and one of only 3 men ever to run over 100 sub 4-minute miles.
